Our Office Hours

Our normal schedule for appointments is:

One of our main goals is to stay on time for all appointments. You can help us by being on time for your appointment. If you must reschedule for any reason, please give us as much advance notice as possible.

Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you cannot keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours advance notice.

Emergency Care

If there is an urgent problem and you are currently a patient of record, please call our office at (770) 889-9600 and we will accommodate you as soon as possible.

If the office is closed, there is a pediatric dentist on call 24 hours a day. 

In the event of an emergency, you should call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

Our Financial Policies

Dental Insurance

We accept most major private insurance plans and will assist you in determining what portion of your treatment is covered by insurance. Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum allowable benefits given by your insurance plan. Please bring your insurance card or papers on the first visit.

Payment Options

We have a variety of fee arrangements to ensure payment of any portion not covered by insurance is affordable. We accept most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex & Discover) and also offer outside interest-free financing through Care Credit. We will be glad to discuss these with you upon your arrival.
