Office Manager

I started my dental career when I was in high school and have worked in all areas of the dental office for 26 years. As our office manager, I oversee all areas of the practice so Dr. Bongiovi and our team can concentrate on patient care. I enjoy seeing all our young patients and their families, and helping to give them all a positive experience at the dentist. We take a caring approach to each patient and family to help them feel at home.

I have been married for more than 20 years. My husband and I have a farm with many different animals. We also love to ride our motorcycles in the mountains. The rest of my free time is spent with family and friends, reading, or in my garden.

Abby

Dental Hygienist

I graduated from the University of North Georgia and Lanier Technical College. I have experience as a pediatric X-ray technician and have been a pediatric dental hygienist for the past five years.

Working with kids is the best! Each day, I get to listen to the kids laughing throughout their appointments and hear them say how much they love coming to the dentist. There’s nothing better than hearing that! I love that I can come to work and be goofy and have fun with our patients and feel supported by our team that’s really more like a family than anything else.

I am married to my husband Jake. We have two beautiful kids and a dog. I love spending time with my family and doing anything outdoors.

Pediatric Dental Assistant

I joined Dr. Bongiovi’s team in 2013 and have more than 35 years of experience in the dental field. I assist the doctor in all aspects of our patients’ restorative treatments. An important facet of my job is to gain trust and build relationships with our patients and parents. When children trust their caregivers, they become exceptionally brave. Everyone here has a gentle and kind approach and is dedicated to making each child’s visit happy and comfortable. I’m proud to be a part of this team!

My husband and I enjoy traveling, listening to music, motorcycle riding, and spending time with our family and friends.

Insurance and Patient Care Coordinator

I began working in dentistry during my senior year of high school, and got a head start on my lifelong career. While working with patients, I make sure all their insurance forms are correct and all aspects of their care are taken care of. The best part of my job is making a difference with each child we see: making them feel comfortable and at home as soon as they walk through the door. Instead of this feeling like a job, it feels like a family, and our patients can sense that from the start.

I bought my first home in the summer of 2018, where I have two cats named Dezzy, and Raven, a dog named Luna and a chameleon named Bowser. I have a passion for helping people and animals whenever I can.
